 This price includes plywood frames, sides and floors, hardware, a white poly tarp, 100' of line, as well as dowels for the wedges, picked up in Exmore, VA.  Not included in this price are the plywood ends doors and windows.

10x16 (cut your own)   $1434

The price of materials is based on the Lowe's in Va. Beach VA, but gives you an idea of what you would have in making a shelter yourself. It assumes AraucoPly for all the pieces except for the sleepers which are 3/4" Advantec. You could probably cut all the 3/4" parts from Advantec and save $350-400 dollars, or even cut them all from OSB and save another $300, but we haven't tried either one and can't really recommend them.

You can find a full list of additional materials and hardware here. We use a heavy duty, 20'x20' white poly tarp that is easily ordered from Tarps Plus, but any 20'x20' tarp will work.
